Panera has made a name for themselves in the fast casual market with their unique offerings and health conscious options. For them, though, a new year brings new flavors, and their 2017 Winter menu is sure to excite.
Here’s what’s on offer:
This new and unique salad starts with arugula, romaine, kale and radicchio then kicks it up with pickled red onions (the best part), quinoa, gorgonzola, roasted beets, mandarin oranges and toasted pecans. All of these delectable ingredients are topped with an apple cider vinaigrette.
This South of the border stunner features hen broth filled to the brim with smoked pulled chicken, a quinoa tomato sofrito blend, brown rice, spinach, napa cabbage, pickled red onions, roasted red peppers, adobo corn and masa crisps. Topped with chile lime rojo vinaigrette and finished with fresh cilantro and a lime slice, this is sure to excite your taste buds.
This sweet treat is an almond butter cookie filled with a “thumbprint” of raspberry jam and dusted with powdered sugar.
This fruity twist on a classic features a soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookie stuffed with dried cranberries and infused, dried strawberries and blueberries.
The Kitchen Sink Cookie is a large cookie packed with semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel pieces, pretzels and topped with flake salt; The Chocolate Chipper Cookie features semi-sweet chocolate chunks and milk chocolate flakes; The Coconut Macaroon is a traditional macaroon but the bottom is dipped in chocolate.
