If you're like me, you love ice cream. Honestly, it's my biggest weakness when it comes to sweets. So, when I found this healthy alternative, I was a bit skeptical. However, it matches up surprisingly well texture-wise to ice cream and even has the right amout of sweetness despite not having any sugar. The bananas are all the sweetener you need!
So, next time you have a craving for some delicious frozen treats, save yourself some calories and make this easy, delightful (and healthy) alternative.
1Put all ingredients in a blender. Emulsion blender will work best, but a regular blender is fine.
2Blend all ingredients until smooth. There will be a few chunks, but that just makes it better.
3If you wish, add a swirl of peanut butter at the end for that extra bit of flavor.
