Want to fill that need for pumpkin spice without making yet another boring pumpkin pie? Try Mom's Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake! It combines pumpkin spice with decadent chocolate with a classic graham cracker crust.

For The CRUST
1Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into bottom of spring form pan.
2Sprinkle 1 cup of miniature chocolate chips onto crust.
3Set aside.
For The CHEESECAKE
1Melt 1 cup of miniature chocolate chips.
2Mix together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3Mix in eggs, pumpkin and evaporated milk until incorporated. Then mix in cornstarch and spices.
4Remove one cup of pumpkin mixture and mix with melted chocolate. Pour remaining pumpkin mixture into crust.
5Dollop chocolate/pumpkin mixture evenly spaced out on top of pumpkin mixture already in crust. Swirl with a knife to get marbled look.
6Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cheesecake for 1 hour or until edges are set.
7Turn off oven and let cake stand in oven for 30 minutes.
8Let cool completely. Serve chilled, and with whip cream on top if you'd like.
